This position helps move our client websites from signed agreement through launch and ongoing updates. You'll organize accounts and project assets, check new websites before they launch, coordinate handoffs, and connect with local business owners about their website needs.
You'll work alongside our senior web designer, who brings 20 years of experience, and learn hands-on from our leadership team. The role begins part-time and can grow toward full-time as website work grows.

Who You Are
Curious. Organized. Ready.
Maybe you've made a simple site in Wix or Squarespace or helped a friend with a website. We value initiative, curiosity, people skills, and follow-through as much as technical experience.
Required
Excellent organization and reliable follow-through across multiple projects.
Curiosity about technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Hands-on experience building or tinkering with at least one website, including a personal project.
Comfort speaking with local business owners and following up with leads.
Attention to detail across links, copy, photos, and mobile layouts.
Clear written, phone, and in-person communication.
Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Self-direction, initiative, and an ownership mindset.
Ability to work in-office in Soldotna with reliable transportation.

Experience in sales, customer service, or business-to-business outreach.
Familiarity with hosting, domains, HTML, or CSS.
