Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Martin Media, LLC (“Martin Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we structure our bookings, production days, and code sprints to dedicate specialized time and assets to each client. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines client rights, reservation deposits, and scheduling parameters for all service bookings.

1. Booking Deposits

All commercial videography, photography, wedding cinema, and website engineering projects require a **non-refundable deposit** (typically 30% to 50% of the total quote, unless specified otherwise in your Service Agreement) to secure dates on our production calendar.

This deposit represents the reservation of our team, scheduling logistics, and prep work, and is non-refundable in all circumstances except cancellation by Martin Media.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a production shoot or web sprint by providing written notice at least **14 business days** before the scheduled start date.

• Notice of 14+ Days: The deposit may be rolled over to a rescheduled date within 6 months of the original date, subject to Martin Media availability.
• Notice of Less Than 14 Days: The original booking deposit is forfeited, and rescheduling will require a new booking fee to secure dates.

3. Weather & Safety Cancellations

For outdoor productions, drone services, and remote fly-in operations in Alaska, severe weather conditions may make shooting unsafe or impractical. In these cases:

Martin Media's lead director will make the final decision regarding safety and flight feasibility. If a shoot must be canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule as close to the target date as possible at no additional cost. If rescheduling is impossible due to seasonal limits, we will work out a partial refund or trade of alternative deliverables.

4. Digital Web Assets

Custom code developments, SEO auditing, and cloud hosting configurations are digital services. Once custom design mockups have been approved and coding begins, all web development milestone payments are non-refundable.
