These Client Service Agreement Terms (“Agreement Terms”) outline the standard operating framework, media delivery schedules, and licensing terms governing all projects commissioned to Martin Media, LLC (“Martin Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) by our clients.

1. Scope of Work

Each project scope of work, including deliverables list, production schedules, web specifications, and milestone fees, is defined in a written project proposal or quote. Any additions or revisions to the active scope will require a written change order.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed contract:

Web Code: Upon final payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to run and edit the custom web code developed for their project.
Raw Footage: Raw video clips and raw photo files remain the property of Martin Media. Clients receive final edited exports as defined in the scope.
Commercial Media Licensing: Clients receive worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free usage rights for all final rendered promotional videos and photography stills for their business marketing channels. Martin Media retains the right to use final media assets in our portfolio or agency case studies.

3. Revisions & Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks for commercial video/photos and 3-5 weeks for static website code builds. Each project quote includes **two rounds of revision edits** on the final draft deliverables. Additional rounds of edits will be billed at our hourly creative rate.
