Kenai Peninsula Borough
Broadcasting regional industry forums across 16,000 square miles of diverse Alaskan terrain.
We engineered multi-camera live broadcast streaming and post-production highlight packages for the Kenai Peninsula Economic Development District (KPEDD) Industry Forums, linking remote leaders and enterprise partners.
The Mission & Challenge
Connecting stakeholders across a landmass larger than West Virginia — from remote fishing communities like Homer and Seward to industrial plants in Nikiski — required flawless, broadcast-quality live streaming with zero technical dropouts during critical policy keynotes.
Our Production Approach
Our technical crew deployed multi-camera broadcast switchers, professional wireless audio arrays, and redundant cellular/broadband bonding at regional conference centers. Josiah Martin and our engineering team managed live technical direction and real-time streaming.
The Community Impact
Enabled hundreds of simultaneous remote participants, elected officials, and investors to participate in annual economic reviews, followed by rapid-turnaround video modules documenting keynote findings and legislative priorities.
