The Mission & Challenge
Seniors living in rural North Peninsula communities face severe isolation during dark sub-zero winters. The center needed engaging video assets to encourage isolated seniors to participate and to showcase their value to grantmakers.
Our Production Approach
We spent time over morning coffee, craft sessions, and lunch hours with the seniors. We captured the genuine laughter, competitive card games, home-cooked meal prep, and community van transport in warm, cinematic light.
The Community Impact
The resulting promotional film was embraced by families and local government alike, assisting in vital grant applications and bringing new seniors into daily nutritional programs and social events.
